Following successful funding campaigns in 2017 & 2018, Dublin Vinyl (the “Company”) is seeking to raise up to €400,000 in equity share capital through the Employment and Investment Incentive Scheme 2019 (the “EIIS”) (“the Investment”).

Vinyl Record sales are at their highest in almost 30 years, have increased by over 1,000% since 2005, and in a report, Technavio’s analysts forecast the global vinyl records market to continue growing during the period 2019-2025. The global vinyl market is now estimated to be worth $1.5 Billion.

There are approximately 60 full service pressing plants globally, many running at full capacity and operating outdated machines. Labels and Artists are experiencing delays of up to six-months in the production of their vinyl.

Our customers include Major Record Labels, Independents, Music Management Companies, Distributors and Artists. We’re currently exporting to the UK, Germany, North America, Australia and Japan.

Consequently, for the first time since 1980, new Vinyl Pressing Machines are being produced by a company based in Toronto. Dublin Vinyl launched in January 2018 with two of these presses and is now pressing up to 20,000 units per week for clients all over the world.

Our customers include Major Record Labels, Independents, Music Management Companies, Distributors and Artists. We’re currently exporting to the UK, Germany, North America, Australia and Japan.

Our team is highly skilled, each with over fifteen years experience in the Music Industry, including Vinyl Production, Marketing, Sales, Management, Artist Relations, Agency, Radio and Performance. Our focus is on producing a quality product, with an extremely competitive lead time and excellent customer service.

Over the past 18 months we have been working closely with our record label clients to develop solutions to address pain points in the industry. While the music industry has changed drastically over the past 20 years, the distribution model for physical product hasn’t. Dublin Vinyl has introduced Direct-to-Consumer services that reduce costs, leadtimes, and increase margins for its clients.

With this funding we plan to increase our production capacity, introduce bespoke products and expand our D2C services into new markets.
